These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33hb ("33hb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 33hb.io. By accessing the 33hb platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

The platform's primary market includes English-speaking players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permissible. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering an account on 33hb, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Continued use of the platform after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

1.4 These Terms are written and shall be governed in the English language. Any translation provided for reference purposes does not carry legal weight. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail in all respects.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any service on the 33hb platform. This requirement is absolute and applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction in which they are located. 33hb takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation, and any winnings accrued may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 33hb. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you discover that duplicate accounts exist under your name, you must notify 33hb support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to keep this information current and to notify 33hb promptly of any changes. 33hb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate or misleading registration information is discovered at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 33hb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide supporting documentation — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the 33hb platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 33hb is lawful in your jurisdiction. 33hb accepts no liability for any legal consequence arising from a player's decision to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your 33hb account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 33hb will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33hb immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 33hb will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of a valid report. You acknowledge that 33hb cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your 33hb account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, whether on a paid or unpaid basis. Using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.4 Prohibited Account Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime using the 33hb platform

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Currencies. All transactions on the 33hb platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 33hb does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion applied by your payment provider is outside 33hb's control and responsibility.

4.2 Supported Payment Methods. 33hb currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 33hb balance within 60–90 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. 33hb accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to 33hb are processed within 2–4 hours during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal request triggers a routine security review. 33hb reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 33hb's finance team. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and comply with international financial compliance standards. You may not withdraw to a payment method that is not registered in your own name.

4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Specific limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard. 33hb reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months is considered dormant. 33hb may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied. Reactivating your account by logging in at any time will stop the dormancy fee from accruing.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on 33hb are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total turnover that must be achieved before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering on excluded game categories (commonly live casino, virtual sports, or jackpot slots) will not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 33hb monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome (hedging), and employing strategies with mathematically low variance solely to clear wagering requirements. Detection of bonus abuse results in immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses expire if not claimed or activated within the time period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Where a bonus carries a wagering completion deadline, failure to meet the requirement within the stated timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of both the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. 33hb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect players who have already opted into the promotion and met the eligibility conditions prior to the change taking effect.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. 33hb reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Odds and markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is not confirmed until it appears in your account's bet history with the status "Confirmed" or equivalent.

6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined in the applicable sport rules; the market is suspended or removed in error; the odds displayed were subject to a manifest error; or where 33hb determines that the integrity of the event is under investigation by a recognised sports governing body.

6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "manifest error"), 33hb reserves the right to cancel or void the affected bet, or to recalculate the bet at the correct odds, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. A manifest error is defined as any odds discrepancy that a reasonable, experienced bettor would have recognised as clearly erroneous at the time of placement.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted on the basis of the information available at the time of placement. 33hb accepts no liability for bets placed with knowledge of an event outcome not yet reflected in the platform's data feed (commonly referred to as "courtsiding" or "late betting"). Detection of in-play bet abuse may result in settlement at corrected odds or bet cancellation.

6.5 Casino Game Rules. All casino games on 33hb — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other studio partners — are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined by the game server's state at the time of disconnection. 33hb accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.6 Maximum Payout. A maximum single-event payout limit applies per player per day. Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33hb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of services; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies; or losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or software incompatibility on your end.

9.3 33hb's total aggregate liability to any individual player under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 33hb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 33hb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 33hb's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments. 33hb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 33hb will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

10.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33hb with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 33hb relating to the same subject matter.

10.4 Waiver. 33hb's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of 33hb to be legally effective.

10.5 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction in which 33hb holds its operating licence. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction. 33hb makes no representation that the platform or its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those it is licensed to serve.

10.6 Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to an independent arbitration body as designated by 33hb from time to time.
